An unlimited licence for the Event Track solution is issued and delivered
by the manufacturer after receiving an official order for the Event Track solution
and the completed "Installation ID" document.

Maintenance and subscription
The following maintenance and subscription options are available to Event
Track users:
Basic Maintenance
The manufacturer provides free updates of the product within the purchased
product version for the selected operating system. (e.g. V 1.0 customers
receive updates V 1.0.1, V 1.0.2, etc.) Updates are used to eliminate
bugs and other errors within a reasonable period of time.
Basic Subscription
Users with the Basic subscription will receive all builds and main versions
of the product for the selected operating system, which will integrate
new functionality developed by the manufacturer as well as those based
on user suggestions.
Plus Subscription
Users with the Plus subscription will receive all builds and main versions
of the product for the selected operating system, which will integrate
new functionality developed by the manufacturer as well as those based
on user suggestions.
Plus subscription users enjoy the benefits of direct communication
with the manufacturer; they may send 5 e-mails or use up to 3 hours
of technical
support each year.
Premium Subscription
Users with a Premium subscription will receive all builds and main
versions of the product for the selected operating system, which
will integrate
new functionality developed by the manufacturer as well as those
based on user suggestions.
Premium subscription users enjoy the benefits of direct communication
with the manufacturer; they may also use up to 2 hours of technical
support each month. All chosen maintenance and subscription options are tied to the selected
operating system and equally applied to all purchased or subsequently obtained
licences.
Users without the Plus or Premium subscription, and without
any other valid maintenance contract, will be charged for
all ordered and delivered services
according to the valid pricelist of the manufacturer.
